The event saw Carnage step up to the heavyweight division to take on the worlds best in the A1 eight-man tournament.

VAS sponsored fighter, former EliteXC champion and BJJ black belt Wilson Reis was defeat by fellow BJJ black belt Patricio “Pitbull” Freire in the semi-final of the Bellator LW tournament last night.

After a very even first round, “Pitbull” was able to beat Reis to the punch while stuffing almost every takedown attempt from his opponent and he ended up with the decision.

This is Reis’s 2nd loss in his impressive mma carrer, so he’ll be looking to come back stronger then ever.
